1. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to our written confirmation before taking effect. If you need to change or cancel an order after confirmation, please contact us promptly; the final arrangement shall be subject to mutual agreement.

2. Price and Currency

Product prices shall be based on the quotation confirmed by both parties. Unless otherwise agreed, prices are exclusive of taxes, and taxes, bank charges, and other fees shall be borne by the buyer. The currency shall be as specified in the order.

3. Payment Terms

The buyer shall complete payment in accordance with the method and deadline agreed in the order. Common methods include T/T and L/C, to be determined through mutual negotiation. Late payment may affect shipping arrangements.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping time shall be subject to order confirmation. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation, while customized or large-volume orders will be confirmed separately. Delivery terms (such as FOB, CIF, etc.) shall be as specified in the order.

5. Quality and Inspection

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment and meet export standards. The buyer shall inspect the goods promptly upon receipt. If any quality issue is found, please raise it in writing within the agreed period and provide relevant evidence.

6. Returns and Exchanges

For returns or exchanges caused by product quality issues, we shall bear the corresponding responsibility after verification. For returns or exchanges due to buyer-related reasons (such as incorrect selection or improper storage), the related costs shall be borne by the buyer.

7. Force Majeure

If either party is unable to perform or is delayed in performing the contract due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or policy changes, neither party shall be liable for breach of contract, but shall promptly notify the other party and seek a negotiated solution.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or related to this contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, it may be submitted to the agreed arbitration institution or court.

9. Miscellaneous

Matters not covered in these terms shall be governed by the formal contract signed by both parties. The final right of interpretation of these terms belongs to Herbosoothe.
